Contact

One address, read by a person. Here is what to send to it, and what we can and cannot help with.

In effect since .

How to reach us

Email: [PREENCHER: e-mail de contato]

Site operated by: [PREENCHER: nome do responsável ou razão social]

Postal address: [PREENCHER: endereço postal — exigido pelo GDPR se houver tráfego do EEE/UK]

Email is the only channel. There is no phone number, no contact form and no support desk — this is a small operation, and pretending otherwise would just mean three dead channels instead of one live one.

We aim to reply within a few working days. Requests under data protection law get an answer within one month, which is the deadline the GDPR sets; if a request is complex and we need longer, we will tell you before that month is up.

What to write about

Privacy and your data

Access, deletion, correction, objection, portability, withdrawing consent, or opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information under California law. Put "privacy request" in the subject line so it does not sit behind the rest.

Read the privacy policy first, especially the note about what we can and cannot find. For ordinary browsing we hold a salted hash rather than your IP address, so we usually cannot locate records tied to you — that is a consequence of the design, not a brush-off. For a CS2 skin alerts account we can find everything and act on it.

A tool giving a wrong answer

This is the most useful email you can send us, and we would rather hear it than not. Please include the tool, the exact values you entered, the result you got and the result you expected — and, if you have one, the source that says otherwise. A formula, a code section, a published table. Reports with numbers get fixed; reports that say "it is wrong" usually cannot be acted on.

Corrections to the calculators are the only kind of work here that jumps the queue, because an incorrect calculator is worse than no calculator.

A bug, or something broken

Tell us which tool, which browser and what happened. If a page threw an error, the message from the browser console helps a lot. Layout problems on a particular phone are worth reporting too — we cannot test on everything.

Suggesting a tool

Welcome. Tell us what you were trying to do and what you use today instead. We will not promise to build it, and we will not reply to every suggestion, but they are all read and they genuinely shape what gets built.

Advertising

If an ad here is misleading, offensive or malicious, send us a screenshot and the page you saw it on. We do not choose the ads — Google serves them — but we can block categories and report specific advertisers, and we do.

Copyright

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us what the material is, where it is, what it infringes, and how to reach you. We will look at it and remove anything we should not be publishing.

Security

If you find a vulnerability, please tell us before you tell anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Include enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not run automated scanners against the site, do not test anything that degrades service for other people, and do not access or modify data that is not yours.

We have no bug bounty and cannot pay for reports. We will fix what you find, and we will credit you if you want to be credited.

What we cannot help with

We build calculators. We are not qualified to interpret their output for your situation, and it would be irresponsible to try. So we cannot:

Those all need a professional who can see your full situation and who carries responsibility for the answer. The terms of use say which tools need which kind of professional, tool by tool.

We also cannot recover something you processed in a tool. When the work happens in your browser, nothing reaches us — so if you closed the tab, it is gone, and we have no copy to send you.
